FSCC football, volleyball schedules released

fscc new logoFORT SCOTT, Kan. -- The Fort Scott Community College Greyhounds football and volleyball squads are gearing up for the upcoming season with the release of their 2012 schedules. Both teams are excited about the possibilities for success.

The Greyhounds football team is coming off of a hard-fought 4-4 season in 2011 and are eager to show what they can do in Curtis Horton’s second year as head coach.

The Greyhounds volleyball squad is coming off of the largest turnaround in FSCC Athletics’ history by going 25-10 during the 2011 season. Fort Scott narrowly missed the playoffs in 2011 and the 'Hounds will look to get over that hump this season under second-year head coach Lindsay Hill.
